APR is a family operated, non-profit, organization located in Pierce County, Washington. Our joint efforts of rescue of the Parrot extends well before our founding in 2012 as a registered charity organization. APR is volunteer-based and humbled by the mutual efforts of our partners and friends who share our mission. Our initial goal to rescue has been a natural progression into premium care practices, providing educational resources and networking with our peers for the good of the entire parrot owning community.
