APR (All Parrot Rescue) is the most loving and transparent rescue that I know of. Sonya and Steve have taken in some of the worst cases as far as the conditions regarding what some of these parrots came from and vetted and nursed them back to health, provided a stable loving environment until adopted or take on the ones which are unadoptable due to other issues. I personally adopted the most sweetest umbrella cockatoo through this rescue and I would highly recommend them if someone is looking to add one or more of their awesome parrots to their home.
