LE&RN helps to put my disease on the map in a world that is still shockingly unaware. In the US 10M people suffer from lymphedema, most of them like me, as a result of surviving cancer. Imagine the irony that so much attention is directed at saving lives and then so little is done to make life worth living. Lymphedema is not a rare disease although it can feel awfully lonely out there. It is through LE&RN that all of us can know better.
