As a nonprofit, they also support causes that are important to me. Helping young conductors break the glass ceiling is such an underrated part of their mission! I donate to the conducting internship every chance I get.

I started out as a singer with this group six years ago. Within that time I became so inspired by the amazing work they do that I joined the board of directors. I cannot say enough nice things about this organization!
