We highly recommend OPH. They responded to our application very quickly and have been responsive all through the process. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, kind, and a pleasure. They have been very thorough in providing us with resources and follow up to ensure our rescued dog adjusts well. Their concern and love for homeless dogs is very evident.
