I went on exchange to Panama that changed my life. I absolutely love this organization. They are shaping the lives of people internationally by bringing dance to everyone.

Movement Exchange changed my life and opened my eyes to the world of dance around me. I am so grateful for every piece of the experience - from the integration of the history of Panama City to hanging out with the kids to teaching dance to spending time in the warm sunshine. But, most of all, I will take with me the smiles and the laughter. This trip left me fuller than before, and the dancers gave me so much more than I could have ever imagined. I will never forget how this trip made me feel.
