We love going to the Member Event each year! It's the perfect time to take donations of food & toys for the primates, and it's also a wonderful experience every year. The event is very thoughtful, with demonstrations of food preparation and a discussion about how food is obtained, and we get to see all of the primates without going close enough to alarm them. It's just wonderful to see where our donations are going to work and see the precious primates that are benefitting. The drawings are really fun, too.

What a wonderful place! They provide sanctuary for primates (and the odd goat) who are unable to be returned to the wild. They only allow visitors once a year (their sponsors), and don’t treat their primate charges like a sideshow to raise money. Quality organization!!
