Review for Quantum House, West Palm Beach, FL, USA

Rating: 5 stars

What a great place to stay in. Particularly when you are so pre-occupied with your own medical problems that you try to overcome. Friendly and cheerful staff, out of the box vision, great director, fabulous Operation Manager, wonderful/helpful coordinators and magnificent care takers they all have to be praised for the great Job they do. They all go miles beyond what you expect. It is home away from home. Sometimes we feel that going home will become a challenge for us because we will not have the luxury of being taken care of the way they do it at the QH. Everything is at your fingertip from ready hot meals 99% of the time three times a day to laundry to pampering to extracurricular activities. We can say a lot more but we will rather you experience it for yourself as seeing is believing and their actions speak for themselves. If you are accepted to stay you consider yourself a lucky one.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

person twice this year. Once in Janurary couple of day visit and from june to be compeleted in October.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Add TV&Internet;to each room. Although one may argue that this is going to alienate the families from social activities in common area, it certainly help them stay in touch with outside world in their normal private way more so at night & specially weekends

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Their out of the box vision and hospitality of all the staff

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Professional, friendly, curious and helpful

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Modified the bathroom to be more handicaps friendly. No tubs rather stall showers to accommodate the wheel chaired patients.

Ways to make it better...

I had TV and internet at each room as the WIFI does not fully work

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

More money to expand their great existence to accommodate more families with medical need

One thing I'd also say is that...

This organization require more national recognition

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

One time

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2010

Role:  Client Served & we were paitent of Dr Dror Paley staying at QH.
