I’m so grateful for my weekend at A Mother’s Rest. From the moment I entered the front door I could feel myself begin to relax. I was so fortunate to be part of a group of ladies that I felt like could relate to my experiences. We shared stories and pictures and resources with each other. The 3 nights of comfortable uninterrupted sleep were a treat but the true gift for me was the silence. I was able to just be awake and be by myself. That may sound crazy but it was a gift.
