I searched, for a long time, and applied to several rescues and shelters. It wasn't until I discovered OPH that my dream was finally realized. OPH has numerous breeds, ages, and sizes to choose from when you are considering adoption. All the representatives I communicated with were very professional and timely in their responses. OPH's concern with animal welfare is noticeable in their contract expectations and screening process. It was a pleasure working with them as well as the foster provider for my family's new pup.
