Your webhosting with Tierra.net is lacking - theu need to upgrade their offerings. They provide minimal options and their support is basic. The control panel is out of the 90's, and the website stats setup is lousy. For nonprofits, a Drupal/CiviCRM or Joomla/CiviCRM integrated site would be awesome. These integrated offerings are available many places on the web and it shouldn't be too hard for Tierra.net to offer one if they wanted to. I asked them if I could pay them to set one up for us but they said they don't offer that kind of support. They don't seem to want to do too much.

Improve the hosting offered and maybe deepen some of the other services. For example, while the SEO consultation was valuable to me and much appreciated, it only consisted of a 1 hour phone call. More is needed to get sites visited. It's IMPORTANT !

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Slowing down. They seem so focused on reaching the 10,000 nonprofits served target, that providing the most optimal hosting environment and other services for those already enrolled seems to be an afterthought.
One thing I'd also say is that...
While not quite what we expected, we will be staying with them for now. We have faith that things can always get better.
