Sorry this will not be a good review....

I have been trying to make an anonymous donation to a non profit in Salem Oregon (United Gospel Mission). I created a donation account, but getting your software behave itself is too daunting. It timed out on me several times when I was trying to input the non-profit's information (each time after only 3-5 minutes). But when it did not timeout and I was able to get tot the search prompt att it returns is a message that "An error" has occurred, pleas try again later"... So I have been wasting time on this since Saturday. I spoke to a Customer support person and he was able to duplicate the problem but said that I was searching for a non-profit by the wrong name. Well I took the name directly from their mailing --- if someone has the wrong name, i am afraid it's you. But in any case, the error message was completely uninformative. It should have said that it was unable to find the organization I was searching for.... "And error has occurred... " Is completely unacceptable. i will be looking elsewhere for someone else who does the same thing. My wife uses your service quite a bit and i will urge her to take her donations to someone with software that does not waste the users time and patience. Thanks for listening... You really ought to fix that problem
