I only wish I had Lisa Reagan's Kindred World around when I gave birth to my daughter at the young age of 20; she's 27 now, and I'm still learning everyday how to be an effective parent! Reagan's tireless work for Kindred World provides support for parents and professionals alike by showcasing the most recent, innovative science regarding family and community. With its focus on the interdependent nature of human wellness, including the rights of children and parents, Kindred encourages unhindered questioning of the status quo and launches us into an empowering exploration of connectedness. I'm so very thankful that my daughter's generation, and the rest of us, now have Kindred World's resources to help us validate what we already knew, support us in our efforts to create healthy families and communities, and educate us about the latest research in these areas!

Kindred is a great resource for parents today, one I wish I had when my daughter was little. Since I am older now, I would encourage grandparents, not just parents, to find and use the resources and support Kindred provides. Their nonprofit work is beneficial for all ages!
