GFI continues to prove invaluable year after year. I attended GFI's inaugural Good Food Conference in September of 2018 which only multiplied my confidence in this remarkable group of professionals. GFI brought together the best minds in clean and plant-based meat, including established meat companies, entrepreneurs, top scientists, members of the media, and more. It occurs to me that without GFI, many of these players may not have collaborated in this way. Their work is vital to long-term, positive change in our global food system.
