I am a volunteer for TREES for the Future, including being an active Board Member for more than a decade.
TREES and it's growing program of Forest Gardens may be the key to saving our planet from the degradation of climate change, providing food security, soil restoration, tree leaves as fertilizer, nutrition, income, and a reason to live at home and not be forced to flee to other lands.
A small contribution enables the plantings of hundreds of nut, fruit and legume bearing TREES. I started 7 Forest Gardens with the help of friends and family as a living tribute to my late husband in 2018. So far, 28,000 TREES have been planted plus cash crops and hunreds of veggies such as hot peppers, peas, lettuce, eggplants and more. Help save our planet! Support TREES for the Future, www.trees.org.
