I haven't had any personal needs but I love knitting hats and then I found Knots of Love online. They make the whole donating process so easy. They even notify me immediately upon receiving the package and let me know just where the caps are going to go. They keep me up to date on what's happening within the organization and are just so cordial. It's a pleasure working with them.
