I have been suffering from Topical Steroid Withdrawal Syndrome for over five years, and ITSAN has walked with me and has helped me understand and make sense of my suffering. They also advocate for patients and help spread the word to doctors that topical steroids are NOT safe and effective but in reality are DANGEROUS. Thank you ITSAN!

Thank God for ITSAN. This site has helped so many, including me, to finally figure out what doctors could not tell us: why our skin rashes were worsening and our lives unraveling. For many, steroids are toxic at levels that many doctors prescribe, and the ramifications are absolutely devastating. Thank God for a nonprofit that helps people suffering from steroid overuse figure out how to finally heal and helps to educate doctors about the dangers of long-term steroid use. I don’t know where I’d be without ITSAN!
