Open Doors has truly opened my eyes to the extraordinary lives of people around the globe who suffer for their love of Jesus, and the compassion and help that the people with Open Doors has been able to bring to them. Knowing that there are boots on the ground to support and comfort those who have been through so much is amazingly comforting to me as well. I know I cannot serve in the way that the Open Doors staff does, so I do what I can and support them through prayer and offerings as God gives to me. The stories that come to me through Open Doors are inspiring and humbling and they remind me to pray fervently for those who are suffering in ways I have never experienced. I am constantly reminded that God has placed these people in these extreme situations and He will sustain them, but we are commanded to do whatever we can to help them through their difficult situations and I am so very grateful for the wonderful work Open Doors does in their mission arena. Praise God you don't run and hide, you don't give up and you don't give in. Thank you so much for your amazing work.
