When the big refugee clamor hit a couple of years ago my daughter said she would sponsor a refugee if she could I decided we could monthly support a Syrian refugee to add a drop to the ocean. I searched Christian organizations that had the best record and it came down to three organizations that we already support on a sometimes basis. Out of those three we chose Open Doors because my husband had smuggled Bibles into Russia in his youth and has always appreciated Brother Andrew. Our hearts are united with our persecuted family around the world.
