When we lost our beloved cat last winter we waited almost a year until we were ready for a new furry family member. We went to the "Clear the Shelter Event" and we adopted a cat and kitten. Our cat was shy and had been feral so not so willing to be touched, our kitten was a bundle of need and enthusiasm. It was a difficult few weeks. Not only does this shelter help when you adopt, but Jen has been with us every step of the way. To say that she went above and beyond would be just a massive understatement. It took about 4 weeks and this weekend for the first time we feel how much love our furry companions bring to our house. They are filled with mischief and fun. We could not love them more. Thank you Montclair Shelter, but mostly thank you Jen for supporting us and helping us and guiding us every step of the way! Where would we be without you.
