I've been volunteering with ETM-LA since February 2017. The staff is very close knit and work together with great focus. Each team member has been extremely friendly and communicative of their appreciation to me as a volunteer. The ongoing experience I've had as a classroom/teacher assistant has also been inspiring. It's incredible to witness and participate in the students' enthusiasm and growth as up and coming musicians.
