I was so lost after losing my brother, a veteran, to suicide. I found Mission 22 during a push-up social media challenge and began volunteer work. I was so angry and isolated and connecting with veterans and their families has brought me so much healing and restored peace and purpose in my life. Everyday I see people step out of hopelessness and become happy and healthy. Their endless efforts to reach the hurting, their spirit of unity, and their altruistic endeavors make Mission 22 my charitable organization of choice.
