I've been following hih parenting for about 9 months and the tools and support have changed my life.
I'm a different parent - much calmer, more playful and more loving. I'm more self aware and able to recognise and address my triggers too.
The support from the instructors as well as other parents is invaluable and I can't imagine being without it all now.
