Hand in Hand has literally changed my family’s life! My kids are happier, they are doing amazingly well in school and activities, we laugh so much more, we have tons of fun and I get way less frustrated (and yell way less) than I did a year ago. Learning and using the tools is an ongoing process and the help that the book “Listen,” the courses, the parent club and the starter class (that I recently just started) have offered have been invaluable. Parenting is hard, isolating and lonely in this world and HiH is a community that is helping parents raise their kids using tools of connection and love. Before I found HiH, I remember wanting something exactly like this so badly - a way to become a better parent; the parent I wanted to be (calm, understanding, loving, connected, full of grace), rather than the parent I was, which was too often angry, frustrated and at the end of my wits. HiH not only gives tools to help parent, but it also helps parents deal with their own triggers and past hurts through Listening Time and THAT is changing lives: both the parents and the children. It is a lifeline! The world will be a better place for every family HiH reaches. I know that Is true for our family and I am so incredibly grateful that we have found HiH!
