Hand in Hand Parenting has saved me in parenting in so many ways. From understanding the science of what is happening in my little kiddo's growing brain and body, to permission to be on his side at all times, and real tools to help him and me with all of his emotions (and my emotions too!). I've had a 'velcro baby', who has had a lot of separation fear, and we have been working through it, steadily and with compassion, and making huge progress! It is an absolute joy to see him freeing from those deep fears, and to develop our bond through the process.
