NOVA Scripts Central has helped many patients and the general public! They not only hand out life-saving medications to the uninsured of NOVA but they also hold monthly workshops and classes on diabetes, asthma, diet/nutrition and how to improve your health! I definitely recommend this pharmacy to the ones that need help. Just get with one of their partner clinics and they can help improve your health or at least help you understand your ailment(s) and get your medications to you at an affordable cost!

NOVA ScriptsCentral, Inc (NSC) fills prescriptions for the uninsured of Northern Virginia....who else does that?! I've been with NSC for over 5 years and I've watched them grow in the community, adding education/healthcare classes and workshops about diabetes, mental health, asthma, cholesterol is great. People get diagnosed with medical issues daily and their providers will give them information but sometimes, may not take the time to truly teach the patient about their ailment. People need someone to turn to to give them that information they need and NSC is there to do just that. NOVA ScriptsCentral is thinking outside the box and reaching out into the community and helping not just their uninsured, culturally diverse patients, but the entire community and area of Northern Virginia.

This is such a unique organization! I have never seen one organization do so much. They give back to their community by educating people on different health topics such as diabetes, mental health, healthy eating, and how to shop on a budget. Plus their main mission is to help the less fortunate by making sure they have their life saving medications! To fill for the uninsured is a huge step; I wish there were more organizations out there that did this.
