ECF has been transforming the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities since 1946. Understanding that people with special needs have great capacity, ECF has evolved over the past 72 years to offer a comprehensive array of program and services that create opportunities for young children, students and adults - allowing them to explore their interests, pursue their dreams and reach their greatest potential.

A key feature of all services is the inclusion of family members and/or caregivers in order to provide them with the information and support they need to be the strongest supporters and advocates they can be for their loved ones. This partnership between staff, clients and family members truly empowers each of the 4,800 children and adults served by ECF each year.
