Ronald McDonald House is exemplary. The staff is first and foremost concerned with families. I am always impressed with how dedicated the staff is to making the families feel welcome and accomodating changes or concerns at the highest level.
There is always a respectful tone everyday. There is never a doubt about the mission at RMH.
As a volunteer, I am aways greeted with a big smile and without fail I am thanked for my contribution. It is a pleasure and honor to help.
