Review for International Pain Foundation, Apache Junction, AZ, USA
Hello again, Just wanted to share another story about the iPain Foundation. Earlier this year I was able to receive a donation of Aspercreme Lidocaine patches for my lower back pain. Once I explained to Ken at the iPain Foundation my situation and how much they helped me and others i gave them to in my retirement community, he offered to me as many as i wanted not only for me but my retirement community. Over the period of a couple of months i was able to give 1000s of patches to people living in my community. It felt so good to help so many people i live around. It has also helped me gain friends and popularity inside my own community. I still have to this day, people telling me how much the patches have helped in their daily life. It was a blessing and exactly what people hope for with a charity helping without trying to make money off a valued product. I tell everybody about the iPain Foundation and how much they have helped me.

After getting help from iPain foundation last year I joined their email list and it is an easy way to stay in touch when I have questions. I recently went on an Alaskan cruise and asked Ken at the foundation what are some things i can do to make my cruise more enjoyable because i am on oxygen for my lung issues. Right away he suggested I rent a mobility scooter to make my trip more enjoyable. He found the company and phone number and even called them with me to make sure i got what i needed. I really dont think i would have rented a scooter without their help. The mobility scooter made my whole trip more enjoyable and many people on the cruise asked how to get a scooter so i got to tell them about iPain Foundation. I got to do about everything i wanted to do without getting tired at all and without the need of my heavy oxygen tank. I tell everybody about iPain and some of the things they do to help people like me.

I am a Vietnam Veteran and 73 years old. For health reasons i moved to Az and in the spring of 2018 I was experiencing some frightening health issues I didnt know how to deal with. I had no doctor relationships at this point and not really knowing where to start I reached out to iPain Foundation through my neighbor and explained my health issues the best i could. I was told it could be something simple and to not allow myself to get so stressed out as it will not help with the symptoms im facing. Over the phone i was given a doctor in my area and even help to make the appointment for a new patient. From the Dr visit my we discovered that my medication was causing kidney pain and passing blood through my urine. At my age, health is a major concern and i am grateful to the folks at iPain Foundation for helping me through my difficult times.
