We love I.D.E.S. because 1) great stewardship--100% of designated giving goes directly to the designated need; 2) great witness--all help is channeled through a church or evangelist so it is given in Jesus' Name and no supplies are abandoned on docks or pilfered by governments; 3) Christ-like help--I.D.E.S. helps meet the practical needs of people along with the spiritual needs; 4) non-denominational.
We have worked with I.D.E.S. after tornadoes, hurricanes, and floods and we have worked at the center in Noblesville and have always found them helpful, hopeful, and caring. Through them we have been able to give chickens and goats and water treatment kits to people around the world. We have built storage sheds for people who had no place to put tools or treasures salvaged from their homes. We have provided meals to starving children, medical help to the sick, shelter to the homeless. And in every case, through I.D.E.S., we have been able to share hope and the love of God.
