From the moment I started following Helping Hearts Equine Rescue I knew it was a special place. The knowledge and dedication of the owner/founder, Lisa Post, is unprecedented. She always puts the well being of the animals first. Since becoming a volunteer I’ve seen, first hand, the transformation of dozens of animals in her care. I’ve seen them blossom from neglected and fearful beings into loving and beautiful horses and mules with the opportunity for long and healthy lives.
