Northeast Animal Rescue has extremely dedicated volunteers that do amazing work. Their fosters are the best! My two boys (Gus and Spencer) came from NAR and were fostered by an amazing 'mom.' They are both sweet, gentle, and loving cats. I know it was because of the way they were treated in foster care. I highly recommend this organization!

I adopted two young cats from this rescue last year. The foster mom could not have been more accommodating! She brought 5 cats to my house and let us spend a couple of hours with them so that we could choose the two we thought would be the best fit. Both of the cats that we adopted are absolutely wonderful. You can tell that they had been well cared for by the foster mom and the rescue overall, and also well socialized. I am so glad I had the opportunity to adopt from this group!
