I just recently joined the Pacific Heart Lung & Blood Institute (PHLBI) as a board member and I am truly honored in doing so. The team is amazing (Dr. Cameron and UCLA, Clare [Executive Director], the staff, the research team, volunteers), committed to advancing medical research, finding innovative treatments and prevention programs. PHLBI is an internationally known and highly respected non-profit organization. PHLBI organizes a number of different events such as the 5K Walk/Run to fundraise for Mesothelioma research.
