I have worked at Mainstay for a few years now. It is amazing the teamwork we have at the different locations. The staff is all about the individual needs and abilities that our clients have their needs met and making sure that we do not hinder there abilities. Mainstay's HR is about making sure that the staff reach there ability in training and push themselves to reach their desired goals. Overall, Mainstay is the best company that I have worked for in a very long time, overall concerned for there staff and all the clients they support.
