This was an amazing week of collaboration and reflection. It was wonderful to be able to share ideas with passionate professionals from different grade levels and schools. There was valuable time for reflecting on and exploring our roles as leaders in our buildings. I appreciated the research and information about learning mindsets to push our classroom practice.
