Sound Community Services, Inc., is a wonderful place to be. Staff development is a key priority so they have the tools to meet the mission of servicing and ever-changing population and client need. The CEO conducts state of the art, emotional intelligence (EQi2), assessment and coaching to provide an enriched understanding and tools for leaders in the organization so they can be their very best. I’m proud to work here as we are truly living up to our vision and Core Values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect & Excellence!!!

This is by far the best place I have ever worked! The company hires a lot from within and spends time and invests in staff to develop them by providing growth opportunities, trainings and coaching if an employee has a desire to advance in their career here. I had two promotions since working at SCSI, and I am so grateful for the opportunity here and to be of service to the clients, programs and our community. The Executive team shows up at events, engages with all staff and clients and drives our mission, vision and core values and truly models the way!!!!! I am truly blessed to work here and plan to retire here.

SCSI is the place to be!!!! I had the pleasure of joining the leadership team in 2018. The creativity, innovation, response to the ever changing community need, and teamwork I see demonstrated daily, from all levels of the organization, is outstanding!!!! I have never worked with more passionate employees in my life. It is a pleasure to work along side those who are constantly thinking outside the box to meet the needs of this community. I love what I do and it has never felt like a day of work because we are all a team with the same mission, in the service of our clients. Our employees embody the agency Core Values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence and I will be forever grateful for all of the growth opportunities I have had here and promotions from within. It feels so good to know whole heartedly that this is my forever with employment. :)

I continue to be inspired by this organization and could not feel more proud to work here with such talented staff toward the same mission in serving our clients and the community! The clinical treatment and wrap around service and care provided is second to none. I’m thankful every day for the work I get to do in a creative and innovative environment!

I joined SCSI 6 months ago and it was one of the wisest decisions I ever made!!! I have the honor and pleasure of developing and enhancing clinical programs to best serve our clients and our community. I have never worked in a place where you can find the CEO high fiving clients as he walks into the building because he takes the time to KNOW the clients we all serve! Everyone jumps in and everyone has the same vision, and that is to do our very best to create access for more community members to receive a variety of services so they can live their lives to the fullest!
