Not only have my sons lost a father to war they have struggled with growing up with only have a mom. This year they were able to attend the KOH camp and it has been life altering. My oldest son found a power within himself that he had yet to discover and he found men that he knows he can trust and call on for anything. The last year our life has been in shambles and he opened up to his mentors about it and they offered to help and give him peace of mind. After camp they talked to me and within 2 days of being home there was a knock on the door from someone local checking on us and making sure that we were ok. I will forever be grateful for the love, compassion, and strength that this organization has shown my sons and I.
