My Nonprofit Reviews

Interning at Curamericas for the last two and half months have had a tremendous positive effect on me. From learning more about health disparities to maternal and child health, Curamericas does a great job at making sure its partners communities are involved in program development and implementation. Most importantly, I have had a great leader in Andrew and very passionate and mission driven colleagues with whom I have had a good team work experience. Curamericas' mission of hope through health is something I really care about and having seen first hand how health disparities affect rural areas made my commitment to this mission even bigger. This organization's stunning results in using the CBIO methodology worldwide in Guatemala, Kenya and Liberia is an inspiration that I will carry with me as I take upon new endeavors in the future in the nonprofit sectors. Last but not the least, I have tremendously improved my skills in Search engine optimization, fundraising and social media. I could not possibly ask for a better experience this summer!!
