Review for Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals, Philadelphia, PA, USA

Great organization. They are no-kill and they are dedicated to their animals. They have terrific services and adoption events. Don't shop -- ADOPT! You will be saving a life and preventing another greedy breeder from continuing their cycle or profiting off of innocent animals.
