Brenda and Cecil of B & C Equine Rescue work tirelessly to help the helpless. Before and after pictures of the abused and neglected animals in their care are a stunning evidence of their hard work. It costs a lot to care for healthy horses and Brenda,Cecil and their group of volunteers take on some difficult cases. Hats up to this small but powerhouse nonprofit!
