I am a new Volunteer to the Rescue. I have always been a lover of horses, but visiting River Edge Horse Rescue gave me a whole new dimension of the beauty of a horse. They are truly living "the life of Riley". To see them grazing out in the pasture and just having fun with their friends, is amazing. Also, to see the "behind the scenes" care that these horses get and how they are treated as horses should be and not abused and neglected as most of them were before they came to River Edge. And all this could not have happened without the love and hard work of an amazing woman - Diane - and all her dedicated volunteers. May God bless them all and continue to give them the strength to carry on.
