I have been a long term volunteer with Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and I will continue to help these grateful animals. Diane is an angel to the horses, goats, cats and her dogs Piper and Onnie. I always say to her, I don't know how you do it. It's a chore which she has gladly taken on and I commend her for that. God bless you Diane and thank you for allowing me the pleasure to help the Sanctuary!
Diane is amazing with rehabilitating and taking care of the horses and goats on her farm. I have been to her farm to volunteer as much as I can. My daughter also helps out. Diane always makes sure her animals are taken care of and has spent many nights with the animals that need extra care. She would love to get more help and volunteers at the farm because there is so much work to do. I am amazed at how hard she works.
Set in the hills of Sussex County in North West New Jersey is a 200 acre property which has become a sanctuary for Horses, Cats and even Goats. I have had the pleasure of helping in the care, feeding and grooming of 22 horses rescued from often horrendous stories. Five plus years of volunteering at the rescue has taught me patience and a bonding of such power that it is almost indescribable. The horses have come to know and trust me and I trust them as well. The job that Diane has done with these majestic creatures is nothing short of amazing. As an example of her expertise she single-handledy save the life of a mare named Fury who had contacted 2 potential deadly infections and over a 72 hour period ministered to her life saving medications. Such love and dedication is admirable and I truly am grateful to be able to help out.

Over four years ago I heard about this rescue needing volunteers. So I thought I would see if I could help. From the day I arrived and the stories of the twenty plus horse's at the farm. I felt at home because to be with all these beautiful creatures who are filled with gratitude for the help and love shared, it is beyond description. Every Wednesday morning I pack a lunch and go to the farm to get my vitamin H day and I am not sure if I could ever get enough. I am grateful for the founder Diane and all the volunteers who help make this such a great experience.
Diane does a fantastic job with the horses. She can use a lot of help at the rescue. Physically and financially.

Diane takes such good care of her horses. Some of them were in bad shape when she got them. They were sick, under weight. Just in very bad shape. With lots of love and the right food and medicine as needed she brought the horses back from certain death. I have known Diane for many years and she is a true champion when it comes to animal welfare. Especially horses.
I am a 'long distance" volunteer, supporter and sponsor of Rivers Edge Horse Rescue & Sanctuary since 2015. I visit there twice a year but I volunteer for this rescue 7 days a week. I network for them, I try to raise money for them, I donate to the rescue and their events. I help them plan their events to raise money to keep the rescues safe in their sanctuary. This is a wonderful rescue and Diane Romano-Potocki, the founder, is there 7 days/week, year-round, taking care of these rescues. They are precious. Each has their own story of neglect, abuse and abandonment but now they are safe. The farm had severe damage during Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee in 2011, they have never fully recovered. I thoroughly enjoy visiting the farm and being with the rescues. What a peaceful setting! This is HOME for these rescues. They are now a herd, companions for life. Donations are always needed for hay, grain, farrier care and vet bills. Please help if you can.
Twice I have given 5 star reviews to this horse rescue. Although I was given hay and grain on occasion and had vet sent to my home a few time, my horse has remained at my home two years later. However, breach of contract is not the issue that results in my 1 star rating.
This rating is based on lies, threats and abusive language toward with false and disparaging comments. I will list some of the text messages that have been viewed by N. J. State Police.
The comments below originate from Diane sending one of her volunteers to home without notifying me. Many times I told her she could come when she wants- just let me know.
Having received a very disturbing call about someone on my property with horse is unacceptable to me. Yet Diane has a gated driveway to keep people off of her property.
Having kicked this person of my property resulted in Diane calling me, screaming hysterically and falsely accusing me of being a crackhead, drug addict and drunk, all of which is a flat out lie. She followed up with smearing my name along with other threats and made a comment about me being found face down in a ditch.
As a result, I refuse to turn my horse over to this disturbed person who has a horrible reputation. Now a civil lawsuit has been filed against me as if I stole my horse that has and remains on my property for 7 years.
For the record, my horses name is Guinevere- not Juliet. She likes to list Romeo and Juliet in my opinion for the sentimental romantic emotions for the purpose of Gofundme. Smells like fraud to me.
Read for yourself a small sample of my text messages sent to me by Diane.
You are definitely on drugs that's all you do is drugs and drink it's none of my business I don't really give a crap maybe they'll find you a face down one day
Sadly enough you are nothing but a selfish disgusting human being.
I am doing you a favor I have been paying for this horse for a very long time you are nothing more than a disgusting human being you really make me sick
It is our horse you will be charged with theft I am not playing here I'm going to call the police right now
Please be advised I am going to be filing criminal charges against you you're going to be charged with theft by deception in additional too many charges

Thank you Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary and Diane.!!!
Dear reader; I contacted Diane to inform her that I rescued a horse 4 years earlier, and quite frankly, I am in over my head. As a person with a disability I am on a limited income. Feeding and caring for my one eyed Morgan, Guinevere has become an economic disaster. Although she is well cared for and fed, should a medical situation occur, she will surely suffer due to economics.
Having spoke with Diane and having learned that her rescue was filled to capacity, there was no room for Gwen. I was so impressed with Diane that I decided to ask if I could visit the rescue. Diane welcomed me with warmth. The sanctuary is fantastic because the horses really are cared for. Let me restate, The Animals Are Really Cared For.!!! Diane is tireless and relentless regarding the care of these magnificent horses. During my brief visit, I pitched in and realized almost immediately how overwhelming it is for Diane to handle the daily chores of maintaining the sanctuary. Fresh water was provided and stalls were mucked. This is Impirtant to me.... This is where I want my beloved Guinevere to live out her life.
Diane has since stayed in touch and often enquires about Guinevere. Additionally, Diane purchased bags of feed and medication for me to assist me in caring for Gwen. But that is far from the end of this story.
Diane arranged for a vet visit, shots and blood work and paid for this although I could not afford it. I am astonished that this was done for me and more importantly, for Gwen.
Today Diane contacted me. She is now able to accept you Gwen. I cannot tell you the sense of relief that I have just knowing that my electric isn't going to be shut off. I should note that Diane was interested in seeing Gwen as soon as possible which would be within a couple of hours. My dear friend Diane arrived with 5 bales of hey, (I had one) along with 2 bags of Triple Crown feed along with treats and medication. Guinevere seemed delighted that Diane visited her as long as she did. Even though the humidity and insects were attacking. I am so pleased and grateful that my horse is being rescued and I am welcome to visit her.
I am so grateful to Diane and absolutely thankful that my beautiful one eyed horse will now be cared for. Long live Diane and Rivers Edge Horse Rescue And Sanctuary.!
Diane is very dedicated to the rescue and horses. She is there everyday from morning until night. If it weren’t for her care and passion for these horses they would not have made it. The time she has spent with each horse has been amazing as you can see how calm they are and if it weren’t for her they would not be like this. I have been volunteering there for over a month and can honestly say her life is to live for them. It is not easy this is very hard work as there are many things that can happen in a given day. I have seen her spend the night if she felt that any of the horses were not feeling well. I give a hands up to all she does. She is so compassionate and you see being around them the love they give back . Thank you Diane for all you do for the Rescue.
Diane loves her animals and it is very transparent. She has a kind heart, which helps her pets thrive well into their senior years of life. Love this place, Diane, and her fur babies.
Diane lives for her animals at Rivers Edge, I am a volunteer at the rescue and can say from first hand experience that she is all about keeping theses animals, horses, goats and cats safe, healthy and happy. When one of the horses or goats is not well our vet Dr. B comes and Diane stays the night with the animal many times in the stall, it is a true dedication to be able to give of yourself to this degree, I am happy to do my part on the farm and hope others will too.
I have just recently started volunteering at Rivers Edge. It is great to see how well cared for and loved these horses are. They have been brought back from a sad, lonely and abusive life to a place where there is nothing but love and care for them for the rest of their lives. What a wonderful feeling to help Diane and also get so much in return. It's a humbling experience to see someone dedicate their life so completely to help God's creatures. I hope to be able to contribute my time for many years to come.
I joined with my husband to help with the horses, goats and cats at the rescue. At first I was a little bit apprehensive around the horses but with time and instruction by Diane, I came to have confidence and empathy with these beautiful animals. I was especially enamored with the goats as they are a bit of trouble makers which I liked. I always bring some snacks for them and they know it. Rivers Edge is a place of serenity and I enjoy helping when I can and I know I am met with gratitude by all the animals.
I had the privilege to attend an open house Four Rivers Edge horse rescue and Sanctuary 2 years ago. I was truly amazed to see how Diane open heartedly takes in these neglected severely ill, abused horses and she totally devotes herself to getting them healthy and giving them a beautiful peaceful place to live the rest of their life. They come to the farm frightened and with a past history and she turns them around as she seems to be a horse whisperer to where they trust humans and they're able to put their past behind and enjoy the Beautiful pastures and serenity of Newton New Jersey. Diane is just an amazing person the love that she has for these animals it's just simply awesome. She will do everything that she can to bring them back to their health and Wellness. In order to do so she needs volunteers and money donated to keep persevering to keeping these animals healthy and I loving home for the rest of their lives. Rivers Edge horse rescue & Sanctuary is definitely a little Heaven on this Earth right here in New Jersey. Kudos to Diane and everything she does to save God's creatures.
Diane is a true animal lover. Any horse that is lucky enough to be rescued by her is the luckiest horse around. They get the best possible care and love. She rescued a few goats and cats for good measure. The goats and cats are just as happy and healthy as the horses.

When I was fortunate enough to volunteer at Rivers edge it was a life changing experience. To see how much sacrifice, care, love and dedication Diane has for the animals. I was moved and touched for life. So many days Diane would be by herself sometimes with personal hardships going on in her own life. Nothing comes in between her and those horses well being. Rain, sleet, snow, nothing stops her because she has committed her life to caring for them and believe me, they know it. I was fortunate enough to spend time there. She had my help for a few months but I have been touched by her compassion for life.
I love the way the horses respond as they are getting the best care of their lives at Rivers Edge. DIane and all the volunteers give and receive love back from these majestic animals. I love it when I get to the farm and interact with the gratitude and love.
This is such a caring horse rescue and sanctuary. I have donated and shared them because Diane the owner and all the volunteers do an excellent job at caring for the horses and animals. I watched Diane save a horse going to slaughter all the way in Oklahoma and she bailed and shipped her to bring her to safety even after she was told it was too far and she could be helping one closer. But knowing this horses fate she did all she could and brought her to safety and the horse is now living out the rest of her life in safety and great care. Diane is determined to always do her best by any animal that needs safety and a good home.
I have volunteered here and my heart is just warmed to see the devotion diane has to her animals. They are beautifully taken care of and every animals needs are more than met. It was my pleasure and diane remains one of my close friends. A truly wonderful experience for me and some of the best horses and staff I have ever met.
I have volunteered here for a couple years when able and have remained amazed at the love, care and devotion the horses and other animals receive on a daily basis! It would be amazing to see what could be done with greater resources!
I am a new Volunteer to the Rescue. I have always been a lover of horses, but visiting River Edge Horse Rescue gave me a whole new dimension of the beauty of a horse. They are truly living "the life of Riley". To see them grazing out in the pasture and just having fun with their friends, is amazing. Also, to see the "behind the scenes" care that these horses get and how they are treated as horses should be and not abused and neglected as most of them were before they came to River Edge. And all this could not have happened without the love and hard work of an amazing woman - Diane - and all her dedicated volunteers. May God bless them all and continue to give them the strength to carry on.
I am a volunteer at Rivers Edge Horse Rescue & Sanctuary. Through my time at the Rescue and with Diane I have learned so much about animals and also about myself. There is so much you can learn from special needs and unridable horses.
You can easily see that Diane takes amazing care of the animals they are spoiled but still they are allowed to be their natural selves in most ways.
Horses have a unmistakable way of teaching us things about them, ourselves and others without words.
I am thankful to know the animals at REHR are so well taken care of and safe and that someone like Diane exists and can understand and help them tirelessly.
I hope for donations and volunteers and a better rest of 2018!
Help is needed to help keep these wonderful beings in their home.

I can not say enough about Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary. Dianes' dedication, loyalty and passion is inspiring and rare these days. She is so willing to teach what she has learned being around horses basically her whole life. The horses, cats and goats are so natural, happy and Very well taken care of. I treasure every second I get to spend there I learn so much from being around the animals and also Diane.!
I have a friend who volunteers at the horse rescue, and I have gotten to know Dianne very well. Horse Woman is what I call her. As the head of the whole rescue operation Dianne has a lot of knowledge about horses, as this is what she dedicates her whole life to. As volunteer DJ for different events there, I like to visit the horses. Those horses are taken in from some of the most horrible environments, some suffering life long Physical injuries along with mental trauma. They are loved and cared for to the Max! And they all have great names. I was honored to meet a horse named Fancy who was rescued from a slaughter house and within a week or two she was learning how to relax as every little thing made her jumpy in the beginning. She was eating and drinking on her own pasture and loving the human attention. And what a beautiful horse she is. One horse is blind and has his very own stall with lots of room to move around as he can't be in the smaller stalls in the stable. Every horse is treated special according to it's needs. Some have passed on to greener pastures do to medical issues or age. The volunteers like my friend and Dianne become attached to each of these Awesome Creatures and many tears and joy are experienced at this rescue. I've donated when I am able and they are always in need of donations. It's a great place to bring children and learn about the rescue. There are friendly farm cats to pet, goats and of course horses! I could go on and on. Rivers Edge Horse Rescue provides a labor of love that is well worth any donation people can make. Sue Terry from Plainfield New Jersey
I have been a volunteer since 2016. The horses have beautiful fields to roam in. The owner is truly dedicated to her mission of loving and caring for the horses, goats, and cats that live on this beautiful property. She goes above and beyond any expectations to make sure the animals have everything that is needed to get them healthy, keep them healthy and show them love like they have never known before.
It is wonderful to know that these animals are now in a safe loving space where they will live for the rest of their life. I enjoy the animals and the peacefulness when I am here, so much so that some days it is difficult for me to leave.
I have been a volunteer at Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary for 3 years, the knowledge and experience that I have gotten while volunteering at the farm cannot ever be replaced. The dedication that the owner Diane has toward all the animals at Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary is unbelievable. I really enjoy caring for the horses but there is one horse that I connected with from the beginning. He is a very special horse. I can't believe that these horses would not be here if it wasn't for the Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary. If you see the attached picture the horse is Lucky like all the horses on the farm Lucky was rescued by Rivers Edge. Lucky is such a great horse we have gotten very attached,he loves his treats and attention.

I retired from law enforcement and got connected with Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary approximately 2 years ago. If someone told me that I would be involved in such an organization as this I would have laughed at them. Diane is so dedicated to her animals it's hard to believe, unless you see it for yourself. I dont know how she takes care and shows the love she does for them all . Since I've been a volunteer and like other volunteers you get very attached to the horses, along with the other animals. But there is always that one animal you connect with. I have had the opportunity to connected with a beautiful rescued horse named Lucky. It's like you have a special bond with them. It takes your mind off of everything while your at the farm. I've never met a more loyal, dedicated professional lady as Diane. I don't know how she keeps up with the food, hay, grain and medical expenses for all the animals along with the up keep of the farm. There is always something to do at the farm, volunteers and donations are always needed.
You should really visit the farm and meet Diane and the animals.
Rivers Edge is a very worthy rescue. Diane goes above and beyond to help horses, goats, dogs cats and all animals. She and the volunteers work tirelessly to provide a safe and healthy home to many animals. Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. Heart and soul goes into the rescue of all of these animals.
I have been a volunteer for only a short while but the love and care they get is amazing the horses are happy and plenty of room to roam the owner is the sweetest person who really believes in their well being and cares about what she is doing. Right from the start Diane made me feel like family!
i’ve known the owners for a while now! they are amazing people, dedicated to their work and dedicated to their horses!
I have recently started to volunteer at River Edge and from day one I felt humbled by the beautiful horses , their stories and the great care and love they receive.
The gracious owner (Diane) and her smile makes challenges disappear.
Only deeper one can see and feel this true Sanctuary for the Horses deserves all the help it needs.
This rescue is a place of hope and peace.
I invite everyone to stop by and experience it for themselves.
This is an amazing place. Diane who runs the rescue, and all of the volunteers, are so dedicated to saving the lives of these beautiful creatures. I hope that she gets the funds and the hands needed to keep this place going.
Patty M - I have been volunteering at Rivers Edge since September. I have worked in dog and cat rescue for many years and was so surprised to find how dog-like these guys are! By interacting with the horses each week I'm getting to know their unique personalities and continue to be awed by these beautiful creatures. Diane often takes the time to share the horses' individual stories, helping the volunteers understand the amazing second chance these lucky horses have been given. Many were frightened or poorly socialized when they came here but through Diane's endless love and dedication their gentle horse spirits have blossomed. While their sheer size and strength is intimidating at first, we learn to manage them safely and experience the "puppy" inside each horse. I love nothing more than walking down the aisle in the barn at the end of an evening and hugging each horse head that leans out seeking that good-night kiss. The rescue has a terrific group of volunteers that make an evening of watering, feeding, shoveling, hauling poop into a heart-warming event. I would encourage anyone with a love of animals to check us out.. you don't need to be knowledgeable about horses (as I was not). You just need to be reliable and willing to learn. The rewards are many!
I've been to REHRAS and it's just beautiful...the horses are well cared for the goats are just halarious. .Diane has worked so hard for these precious animals for along time she's a beautiful person and you can see how she loves the animals. .she's even gotten strays cats in the neighborhood spayed and neutered. ..I wish pepole could see the dedication Diane has for these beautiful precious animals. .I'm a animal lover and I would trust Diane with anyone of my animals. ..she's done a beautiful job here but needs help...
This rescue has a lot of passion. The horses are blessed to roam on beautiful pasture. There is a serene and tranquil nature here for the horses to recover and live free of abuse. I know the owner works hard to make sure the horses are secure and has goals and dreams beyond what currently exists. I hope that this rescue can continue to grow and support these beautiful creatures and the many volunteers and visitors that benefit from time interacting with the animals and the beautiful land.
Terry. I have been volunteering at Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary since the fall of 2016. I have always loved horses and used to ride often but I never mucked stalls, fed or watered horses before. We often laugh at our boots being stuck in the mud late in the evening while feeding the older girls up in fields, the bumping by Druppy while walking him when he wants attention, getting a kiss from Rita and the thrill of hearing the horses call out first thing in the AM waiting for feed. The other volunteers and the founder Diane all make the hard work feel light. There is a kindness and gentleness from all associates toward the animals; horses, goats and cats alike. Its a great family!
I was teaching in an urban high school when a coworker asked me whether I'd be interested in doing some writing (I taught English) for a horse rescue near where I lived. I had made my home in Franklin for nearly sixteen years and I never heard of REHR. This seemed to be doable, though, and one fine spring Saturday morning in 2015 I drove out to the Rescue, where I met Diane and the angels for whom she has provided love and safety and sanity since 2010. I had absolutely no experience with horses. Or with goats. That summer I worked three evenings a week; we often stayed until nearly eleven PM, mucking stalls, flinging hay, mixing special diets, and keeping water buckets and tubs filled and fresh. I learned to keep my fingernails short and my feet wellingtoned. I learned to dodge the horses as they ran through the rain toward the shelter of the barn. I learned not to get zapped by the low voltage fences and not to lock myself out of - or within -an enclosure into which I was trying to gain entry - or exit. I learned to bring shredded wheat (very important) for the goats. And I learned that horses - and goats - love to be loved every bit as much as my own pets. One of the best things is getting to hug and kiss the horses!
Because my "shift" began in the declining hours of the daylight and extended into the velveting of the night my main experiences with these easygoing heavyweights was auditory and not visual. On one of the first evenings I found myself surrounded by several warm presences whose silhouettes I could barely discern in the timid light from the summer stars. I noted that one of my companions was particularly still and unafraid. "Aren't you MAJESTIC!" I whispered. "How calm and placid you are! How lovely!!!" I slowly reached out my hand to stroke a soft cheek and discovered that I had been admiring a post. This caused no end of merriment and good-natured scoffing, and I was completely smitten. I later took a daylight photo of my post, which I'll always treasure.
I became ill over the past year and so have not been able to spend the time I'd like to give at the Rescue. But I follow the stories on FB. For me it's the next-best-thing to being there.
I was involved with dog rescue, but I've always wanted a horse. Like, why couldn't I have a pony in the kitchen in a second floor apartment in Rahway? So, when I saw River's Edge come up in my Facebook feed, I thought I'd give it a shot. My family were farmers, i wasn't unfamiliar with animal husbandry, and i wasn't afraid of big animals or hard work. I needed something for me, as my children became less dependent on me and i had more time. The land is beautiful, being outside all day is wonderful, the physical work can be hard, but it's exercise and the end result is very rewarding. The horses obviously have individual personalities and some are characters. I love them. And the goats, cats, and the people. It's a lovely place! Come visit and set a spell!
I have been helping the horses, goats, & cats at River Edge since September, 2016 and along with my husband , we both look forward to helping at the farm & interacting with the horses, goats (my personal favorite!!!) & cats, At the beginning I was a little intimidated by the size of the horses but Diane was a big help in relieving any fears I may have had!!! The horses are so grateful for attention & the love that is showed to them & they have a way of showing love in return!! This is a great place to volunteer at because it is so very rewarding & I encourage anyone who wishes to help to do so and you will find that it is also inspirational. Love, love, love this place!
Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary is an amazing place. Going there, is like going back in time. Horses and fields greet you upon arrival and it's so peaceful. I feel the stress ooze out of me whenever I drive through the gates. I was fortunate enough to find Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary during one of the toughest times in my life. My mother was dying and nothing felt normal. At times the grief was all-consuming and yet, when I'd go to the rescue, the pain seemed to dissipate. Being around the horses, the kind, gentle creatures they are, helped take the sting out. They helped get me "out of my head" and focus on something more important.
Unfortunately, my mother passed away, but when she did, the horses helped me cope with my grief. They are just so beautiful and the rescue is so peaceful, it did wonders for me. Never in a million years would I have thought a horse rescue would have such an impact on my life. Finding Rivers Edge was one of the best things that ever happened to me. These rescued horses rescued me and I forever grateful.

This facility has become one of my favorite places to be. The love and care for the horses who reside here is unmatched and the attitude of the horses can attest to that. Being here is as rewarding as it is fun for anyone who loves horses and wants to make a difference in their lives. I could spend all day everyday here, it is just as much my happy place as it is to the residences who have been rescued here.
The horses love the wide open fields, they run and kick and roll, they are very happy. They have been abused but because of Diane, they are living their days out with love and friendship. From being rascals and pulling hay bails off the truck to splashing in the water tubs,,they are truly loved.
Passion, love, respect & care is what you experience upon entering Rivers Edge Horse Rescue & Sanctuary. Diane's selfless efforts to rehabilitate and rescue these magnificent horses is nothing short of miraculous! These horses were given a second chance thanks to Diane!
I have been an active volunteer now for over a year and I must say the experience has been a great one. Being able to share time and see these magnificent animals living out of quality life that they would not have if it wasn't for Diane. The sacrifices she has made in her own life are great and it is given hope and safety to these animals to continue the journey it takes many volunteers and funds and I hope the sanctuary Ken continue through education and public Outreach and enrichment programs these horses deserve the wonderful life and safety that I've been given to them and they would love to share it with everyone.
Diane Potocki , Founder and Owner of Rivers Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary, is an inspirational woman who has dedicated her life to helping horses. After watching her video, I told my children that we were going on an adventure. We went to Tractor Supply to pick up some grain and hay and drove to Rivers Edge. We had the pleasure of meeting Diane. She introduced us to Rita, the great granddaughter of the famous race horse Man O War. She has a painful condition called lymphedema. She is currently on pain medication. Diane is working toward purchasing medical equipment that will improve the circulation in Rita's leg. We also met Tank who is emotionally depressed after his favorite person left the farm. Ryan, Sara and I were so happy to see that he interacted with us and ate the carrots that we had brought to the farm. We also met the three friendly goats and several of The farm cats. It is obvious that Diane puts her heart and soul into all of the animals on her farm. It inspired my family to help out. We are currently planning a fundraiser and Ryan is planning on building hay troughs for Rivers Edge as his Eagle Scout Project.
Rewarding to volunteer. Farm can always use more volunteers and someone to assist with fundraising. If you love horses, please give your time. It's priceless.
Can't remember exactly how long it is.
But I have to say Diane has dedicated her life to River's Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary, the place is old and in need of much up dating but it is incredibly clean.
The Horses are well cared for, and it shows even the older ones who need extra care to keep weight on are in great shape.
Most people can't understand Diane and her firey passion for these horses
They are delicate creatures in spite of there Majestic powerful size.
And need to have a steady diet of great hay and grain. Keeps them healthy and happy. Keeps the Vet away and Medical costs in check.
Very fond of Rivers Edge Horses
And Diane. Maybe more people should be as passionate as Diane. And to be so dedicated to Animals as she is , through thick and thin to death do you part is what Diane signed up for.
So if anyone that I know deserves to have this it's River's Edge Horse Rescue and Sanctuary, My friend Diane.
