Volunteering at Southeastern Guide Dogs has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. From the day I first saw the billboard which inspired me to find out more about this wonderful organization, till now, I have loved every minute spending time with the precious dogs, meeting new friends and learning about how this program impacts and enriches so many lives. Collectively, everyone involved has one mission: to help someone live a better life by providing a loving animal who is highly trained and eager to “work”. Whether volunteering with puppies, breeders, or dogs in training, each experience has been so special and meaningful to me. I hope I can continue to volunteer for many years to come!
