When I met the RAR team it was clear right from the beginning. This is the solution and I want to help. Since a few year I am a volunteer of RAR and I joined a few thousands of spays far. The focus of this charity is the solution of the issue. Right on the spot. Education, Vet training, spay and neuter in high scale. It is still a honor being a brick in the RAR wall.
