Review for Tangible Hope Foundation, Sausalito, CA, USA
Tangible Hope Foundation is an amazingly efficient organization. Founder, Telile, (Lily) Yoseph, who is a native Ethiopian, knows what is needed to transform the most needy, hungry little Ethiopian girls Into healthy, literate students with a bright future. You have only to look at the
Inspiring before and after pictures of the girls on the website, tangiblehope.org, to see how the girls blossom with the support of Tangible Hope. There are even college graduates now! Lily was the recipient of the Unsung Heroes of Compassion Award from the Dalai Lama for her work educating and empowering young girls in Ethiopia.

I have worked as a volunteer with Tangible Hope Foundation for about twelve years. Over that time, I have been privileged to witness the amazing transformation of these formally malnourished and hopeless little girls. After receiving the health care, nutrition, education and mentoring that Tangible Hope Foundation offers, they are now healthy, literate young women with a bright future ahead of them. Now, we have our first college graduates emerging! And, we have new little girls entering the program. This model of service delivery breaks the cycle of poverty and illiteracy!

I have worked as a volunteer with Lily Yoseph and Tangible Hope Foundation for 5 years.
It is amazing to see what was once Lily's inspiration to empower and educate young girls
in the world grow into a viable organization that is now serving 100 girls, their families and
their community. And, girls in another region are now being served. Tangible Hope has been chosen by the local government at the most effective NGO in the region!
