I've done rescue on my own for 25 years and for years went to a couple other S/N clinics before I started coming to Altered Tails. I went to the Phoenix one first and was so impressed that when I heard there would be a Mesa one a few years back I thought I'd try it. It's the cleanest, most conscientious clinic I've ever been to and not once have I encountered an employee whether it be at the front desk, on the phone, or a tech, that has not been very very kind to the animal I have and myself....and I've fixed a LOT of animals over the years, both tame and feral.
