I can't express my gratitude to the staff at Serenity for turning my life around. I suffered from PTSD, depression, insomnia and alcoholism. I was abused sexually and mentally from an early age. But at Serenity I learned how to process my feelings and deal with my emotions in a healthy and productive way. It was like I had a giant do over button! I went there with the mindset of giving 100%. Therapy hadn't worked in the past for me because of two reasons-not the correct therapy for my issues and my lack of participation. At Serenity I received multiple styles of therapy and support , which allowed me to fully heal and move forward in my life. I still have challenges in my life as we all do, but I use the tools I learned at Serenity to keep me moving forward and seeing life from a healthy perspective. Thank you for helping me heal and live a life with meaning.
