Recently had the amazing opportunity to volunteer with this group in Haiti. As a former social worker, I can tell you first hand that this organization focuses on working from the right end of every issue they tackle. Hand ups not handouts, job skills training, and a focus on accountability with every group they serve, are just a few of the ways this nonprofit makes real and lasting change. The scale and broad scope of their global impact is a testament to their effectiveness as an organization. It was an honor and a privilege to serve beside them.
