This organization gave me a means to enhance the development of my leadership and provide mentorship to young women. Since my undergrad years, I've seen the organization grow to make more impactful strides in the lives of young women. It's refreshing to see a group so committed to their development & helping these future leaders hone in on their skills and passions.
