Changing leads equine rescue is the absolute best. I love volunteering for them. The time and effort they put in to caring for these horses is amazing!
We were thinking about boarding horses. We decided to find a place to volunteer so we could make sure we knew what we were getting into. I’m so glad God lead us to Changing Leads Equine Rescue. The extra time they put in to help volunteers learn how to care for these horses is what sets them apart to me. Each horse has a different story and different needs. Through their attention to detail and dedication I have seen many rescues achieve giant strides in their health. It is remarkable what a strict care regiment and lots of love can do. I have been volunteering for nearly 4 years and it is been such a blessing. This organization has become family and I don’t know what I would do without them. They have changed my life. The feeling you get from spending time with them and seeing the positive results of your efforts is very rewarding. I have learned so much in a short time such as, General care, specifics to watch out for with certain breeds, medical care and training. I would recommend them as a place to volunteer, a place to find a good horse and a place to learn and educate yourself on the care and work that goes into owning. Changing Leads Equine Rescue is just an overall blessing.
